Refund Guarantee

We guarantee to refund the full amount made by the buyer should any one of the below conditions apply. Simply contact our customer service and request a refund detailing which of the below conditions is applicable.

  • Should the product arrive and yet it’s significantly different than was shown in the images or as was described.
  • Should the product be damaged or faulty on arrival.
  • Should your product not arrive within the maximum time limit guaranteed by us, which is 45 days from when the item is shipped (See shipping for our shipping conditions).


Note: Please ensure that refund claims are made on items purchased on Northumberland Store only as we are unable and unlikely to fulfill or process refund obligations on items purchased from other stores or sites.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights relating to faulty or mis-described goods or your right to cancel orders under the consumer protection (distance selling) regulations.
