How do I place an Order?

1. When you’ve found a product you like, make sure you check product specifications such as size and color. You can also find more detailed information, such as sizing tables, if you scroll down the product detail page. 2. When you’re ready to place your order, you can click “Buy Now” and continue to the checkout, or you can add the product to your cart first and continue shopping. 3. If you want buy all the items in your cart, simply click “Buy All” to place your order Note: once the order has been paid, the shipping address cannot be changed.

How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?

Unfortunately once the order has been made it cannot be cancelled. The customer could wait to receive the product and then activate buyer protection to either return or exchange the product.

Do I need an account to place an order?

You're advised to register or create an account on Northumberland Store, enter all your relevant details and add your shipping address in your dashboard in order for your shopping experience to go as smoothly as possible.

How Do I Track My Order?

When you make a purchase you will be emailed a tracking ID. This will enable you to track your item and monitor it's progress as it makes it's way to the address you supplied as your shipping address. You can track your order by clicking on the tracking link. Once you are on the tracking page enter your product tracking ID and your email if required.

How Can I Return a Product?

You can return items to us via post. If your parcel does not contain a returns label or form you can either make one yourself or request a label from customer service. Step 1 – Complete the returns form on your delivery note, indicating your reason for return. Repackage the goods in the original packaging (or a suitable alternative) making sure to include the signed return forms. Step 2 – Attach the returns address label note to the outside of the packaging, making sure that it is fully visible. If returning multiple parcels, please ensure you tape the correct label to each parcel.
